Le Clos de la Grange is a spacious villa located just 3 km from the beaches, in a quiet residential area of the village of Dolus d’Oléron, close to shops and cycle paths. Its location is ideal for exploring the island’s most beautiful beaches and attractions.
The 150 m² villa, fully renovated in 2023, has been designed in a modern, minimalist and functional style.
The large living room and separate kitchen open directly onto a south-east facing terrace and garden, perfect for enjoying the sunshine. On the north-west side, a shaded patio provides a cool and relaxing spot for quiet moments.
Two separate sleeping areas, each with its own bathroom or shower room, ensure both comfort and privacy

The enclosed 800 m² garden is well maintained and offers plenty of space to relax. A garden shed is available for storing your bicycles or beach equipment. You’ll also find a garden table with 8 chairs, 4 sun loungers, and a barbecue for enjoying outdoor meals and long summer evenings

The 50 m² living and dining area features a large flat-screen TV for your entertainment.
High-speed fibre internet is available throughout the house via Wi-Fi. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, four-burner cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, kettle, toaster, and all the kitchenware you need for six guests
Bedroom "La Gauterelle"
This 14 m² bedroom features a queen size double bed and offers direct access to the garden. It includes an en-suite shower room with a walk-in shower, a dressing area, and a separate toilet
Bedroom "La Rémigeasse"
This 12 m² bedroom features a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a lovely view of the garden. A corridor leads to a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet
children's bedroom and other rooms
A third bedroom includes two single beds and a small workspace.
The entrance hallway provides access to the patio and a veranda, as well as to an outbuilding equipped with a washing machine. For families with young children, a travel cot and a high chair are also available
