Off season (from 04/27 to 06/15 and from 09/14 to 09/28) : 950€

Low season (from 06/15 to 06/07 and from 08/31 to 09/14) : 1200€

High season (from 07/06 to 07/13 and from 08/17 to 08/31): 1450€

Very high season (from 07/13 to 08/17): 1750€

Rental periods: from April 27th to September 28th

All taxes and VAT included, no additionnal fees for booking

Terms & Conditions

Included in the rate: Occupancy tax and VAT

Not included in the rate: House cleaning, bed linen and towels

Reservation : 25% of the total price of your stay must be paid at reservation by bank transfer or Paypal. Deposit is fully refundable up to 30 days before arrival

Balance payment: Total amount must be paid 7 days before arrival date by bank transfer or Paypal

Guarantee for damage: A guarantee of 600€ is requested in cash at arrival and refunded after house inventory at departure

Cleaning fee: 150€

Bed linen and towels: Can be supplied for 15€ per person per week (1 sheet, 1 pillow cover, 1 towel, 1 bath towel)
